Making a MEXT India Subreddit

There has been a big influx of MEXT applicants from India in recent years. While some of the posts are from people needing genuine help, most of the posts by Indian applicants reads like:

"I'm an Indian HS student planning to apply for MEXT UG in CS/AI/ML

My scores for 10th, 11th, 12th are all below 80% but do I still have a chance?

Also what's the advantage of MEXT vs JEE?"

These kinds of posts crowd the subreddit, and even worse only other Indians can understand and reply to them (the rest of the world doesn't know what 10th, 11th, 12th or JEE is). The posts by Indians outnumber the posts by people from the rest of the world 10-to-1.

This makes it way harder for other people to find genuinely useful information and to ask important questions.

There is also the issue of Indian students DMing other members when the rules explicitly states that it was prohibited. I personally have been harassed by an Indian student pressuring me to help him get the scholarship.

In any case, I would like to hear the opinions of other people in this sub.

And to Indian applicants, what do you guys think about creating your own subreddit? I know you have your own WhatsApp/Telegram groups, why not also create a subreddit to connect with other Indians?
