I am totally new to this and not sure if I got a good policy. My home is paid off and valued at 460k. My
Policy says my cost to rebuild is 284k and I have a 1% deductible. Does this sound right? Another policy valued my cost to rebuild at 323k which confused me.
Sorry if this is basic info…I have a migraine from reading Reddit trying to figure this out
