Join us for “Neurodivergent Basics Boot Camp,” an accessible introduction to neurodiversity and the everyday experiences of neurodivergent adults. We’ll explore common traits, communication styles, sensory and executive functioning challenges, masking, burnout, accommodations, and practical support strategies. This presentation is designed to build understanding, encourage self-advocacy, and provide useful tools for navigating work, relationships, and daily life in a more supportive and informed way.
