So Sunday night I took my first dose of 3mg from Hallandale, Monday I woke up full and felt full pretty much all day but forced myself to eat chicken at lunch. Well my starting weight was 449 this Tuesday morning about 36 hours into my first shot I'm 440. So my question is it safe to be losing that much so fast? I still have been drinking plenty of water and understand that I'm real heavy I'll lose more faster but wasn't expecting 9lbs in 1 day basically.
