I keep having the same problem. The first layer is OK, and then the second layer looks like the nozzle is clogged, but when I do these other small test prints, they turn out just fine. I changed to a brand new nozzle, and the same thing happens. Is this something in my slicer settings, or is it somehow in the CAD program that I used to design it, or is it a printer issue?
