Found out my brother doesn’t know how to use the bathroom (kind of) *long story*
So my brother is 20yrs old and since he was very young, he has always took very long using the bathroom mainly while doing the #2. It became a big joke and a frustrating situation especially while we were all younger (my mom had six kids). It got to the point that he had to start asking us siblings if we had to shower, pee, or do anything involving the bathroom because he was going to shit. I forgot to mention he would be in there for an hour or more.
As he got older the issue was the same. Anyways fast forward to being on a phone call with him. He explained he hates having to use the bathroom because it takes up his day. I think at some point he has gotten it check out and everything was fine. BUT he began explaining to me he think it’s weird and NOT normal for people to just shit and go. I was confused because that is normal, you do your business and leave. He began to argue with me and say “no you sit down take a shit and wait till you have to shit again and when you think you shat all days worth then you go”. I was shocked because all these years everyone thought he was genuinely just blowing up the toilet.
You know either constipated or having diarrhea for that long but no it turns out he just shits the first 2-3 minutes and just waits till he has to shit again. I explained to him…bro once you get done pooping if you don’t feel more has to come out you wipe and go. He decides to hit me with “well what if I have to poop again later” bro you do the same thing poop and go don’t sit there trying to get nothing out. Anyways that’s kinda it… just that he generally thought you had to sit there for so long to maybe get some out. He eventually told me he was always so jealous of people and how “quick” they can use the bathroom but turns out he can too he just didn’t know you can just shit and go🙃. And if your wondering why does he does not know that in the first place we have told him multiple times I guess he genuinely thought it wasn’t normal. Obviously it not good to sit there for that long and thankfully he doesn’t anymore.
Thats like people finding out how to properly wash your self and etc. but with my brother it’s just accepting that you sadly have to treat your #2 like #1 you get it done and go.
