Is it normal for my side effects to be different than the first time I was on fluoxetine?

Last year I was on fluoxetine for three months. I stopped because every time a review appointment was made no doctors would turn up so thus one year later I managed to finally get an appointment where they actually show up and they have put me on it again. Same dose. Same medication. First time I was on it I didn’t really feel any side effects apart from feeling hot and acid reflux every now and then which was tolerable.

Now I’ve started it again I’m only on day four and side effects started hitting me yesterday. By this I mean the nausea is so bad. I feel like I’m hungry but I physically can’t eat like I have no appetite and it’s confusing and not good because I have an eating disorder as it is but I want to get better. I’m getting hot flushes and feel hot in general but not warm to the touch. I feel jittery and so sleepy

Is there any way to help these side effects? How long do side effects last?
