Lost a Sentimental Piece & Looking for Closure

I lost this pendant recently. I've turned my house upside down and I am losing hope that I will recover it. I wore it regularly. My late partner bought it for me while we were on vacation together in the Summer of 2014. We knew his cancer was terminal and we wanted to make the end of his life as fulfilling as possible. We found this piece in a metaphysical shop called Enchantments in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. I was drawn to it so he bought it for me. The shop owner did not have much information.
My partner passed the following Summer. This pendant was one of the only things from him that I've been able to hold onto for so many years.
It has been a painful loss and I thought finding information about it could offer some comfort.
