why did you stop using Calm/Headspace?
I’ve been struggling with maintaining deep sleep and I often dream quite a lot throughout the night. I want to invest in a more organic way, not using pills or supplements, to help me with sleep. But idk if it’s worth getting a membership for these apps.
The most common thing Ive came across is apps like calm and headspace… i wonder for anyone who have tried it or didnt try it, what’s your advice?
