Renal kitty diet advice

How are you guys handling cats difficult to transition to renal food??? My cat’s phosphorus is normal but her creatinine is high at 3.4. I got weruva phos focus but because her phosphorus is normal, this doesnt really help her plus she did not like it. Dr put her temporarily on purina urinary for the high moisture content plus she is a kitten and needs protein to grow. This is not a good long term food for her but she loves it and gulps it up. She is a ravenous growing 10 month old. She recently got diagnosed with congenital kidney disease and is healing from her first acute episode. I am still learning to navigate this terrible new reality for us. All advice is welcome please. I do have her on porus one daily and its worked great. If only she would cooperate with her food.
