Losing my marbles with my brand new CC2

Recently had some issues with my CC1 (similar to CC2 issues listed), so I did a warranty exchange at Microcenter, and picked up a CC2. For the life of me I can NOT get this thing to print consistently. I have adjusted first layer temps, dropped speeds down to recommended, tried different filaments, cried, calibrated, leveled, cleaned and about 74 other things. Inland PLA Matte (colors) and Inland PLA Basic (black). Do I need to get a new printer? Did I miss something easy? I live in Texas, and yes it is humid as hell, but this has never been a problem before? If I print near the center it is fine, but the further away from the center, the higher the odds of failure.
