I would highly recommend scleral lens

I've been using them for about 12 months in total but got my final fit 5 months ago. These things are a game changer for both my lasik complications as well as dry eye as a whole.

They are expensive but life is short and honestly if you can swing it, it's worth a talk with your doctor. I had run out of options so they fast tracked me on it, but you might have to try other stuff first before your doc will let you get fitted.
