I assume I am being paranoid, but I can’t help it.

Eve is really good about eating so far, which is a relief, but I am confused that she doesn’t strike.

When given a mouse, she sniffs the whole body, takes it in her mouth slowly, and once she has a good grip she will lightly tug it from me to eat.

I have only had snakes that strike food so I’m just a little confused and want to make sure this isn’t a flag or something?

In case anyone is wondering why she’s curled up like this, it’s because my one roomie is loud, tends to fling his hands about when talking, and was a little too excited to hold her.

He think she “hates” him 🙄

She was fine after she sat on me for a couple minutes.
