Bought this pork a week ago and left it in my freezer then took it out to be thawed in the fridge a few days ago. My freezer gets pretty cold so I usually have to let things thaw for multiple days. I’m looked over multiple safety food websites before asking here and I didn’t notice any off smells. I’m planning on cooking it through completely in the oven but I’m hoping to get some advice?

I’m theorizing it’s perhaps from packaging as the back usually comes with a strip of black plastic and wondering if perhaps the juices of the back got dyed in.
