it doesnt let me log in because it says to change the password, i go to change it and it says that my gmail account hasnt been found in their servers and when i try to ask for support it tells me that a code has been sent to my email but i didn't recive anything.

I need my stuff for the 13, and the delivery (fast) is set from the 10 to the 16. Approximately when will it come?
