Blood work before Test

Hi everyone,

I’m 30 years old and have been training consistently in strength sports/bodybuilding for around 15 years. I’m currently considering starting my first testosterone cycle.

Before doing anything, I got a full blood panel done, including hormones. My main baseline values are:

  • Total testosterone: 4.6 µg/L
  • Free testosterone: 26 ng/L
  • SHBG: 22 nmol/L
  • LH: 6.5 IU/L
  • FSH: 4.0 IU/L
  • Estradiol (E2): 12 ng/L
  • Prolactin: 6.4 µg/L
  • Hematocrit: 40.6%
  • Hemoglobin: 14.4 g/dL
  • HDL: 28 mg/dL
  • LDL: 83 mg/dL
  • PSA: 3.4 µg/L

The plan would be roughly 300 mg testosterone enanthate per week.

Is there anything in these blood values that stands out to you, or anything I should definitely look into or get checked before starting?
