New one, used one with almost no upgrades, or used one with lots of upgrades?

Hello Guys! I am living in Europe and I have a problem deciding which would be the smart move.A brand new Honda Crf 300L costs 7,300 EUR all-in. A used one with a maximum of 8,000 km is around 5,600 EUR, but usually comes with stock equipment. However, there are some examples with suspension upgrades, a larger fuel tank, and tons of accessories for about 6,750 EUR, with roughly the same 8,000 km mileage. Which would be the smart move to buy? With a brand new bike, you obviously can't go wrong, but it would still need at least handguards and a skid plate, and that's without touching anything else. The stock used ones haven't been messed with and are much cheaper than the others, but you’d still have to spend money on at least those basic upgrades. The fully loaded ones come with almost 1,500 EUR worth of extras; however, whoever spent that much on a bike might have ridden it hard off-road—even though the machine is theoretically built to take it and the factory parts would be included with it.

Thanks for the help.
