Warhammer Quest Mobile Games
A while back, I dug out my old Warhammer Quest from '95 and played it with my son: And what can I say? On the one hand, it brings back a lot of fond memories and is a lot of fun, but you really do end up rolling the dice a lot—even if you grew up with “rank and file.” Actually, it would be perfect as a mobile game. There was actually one of those before. The first version was even quite entertaining, but right now there’s just this awful pay-to-win clone of it in the Android store.
So I sat down and built something myself. My goal was to stay as close as possible to the spirit of the original.
I think I’ve established a solid foundation with the first three battle levels. But now I need a few players to test it: Do the magic items work as described? Do the monsters behave correctly? What else absolutely needs to be included?
I’m not planning any commercial release and (a limited) access is only possible through my discord server to ensure it stays private at the moment.
