weird stretch like sensation in arm after donating plasma and platelets. is it normal or should I be concerned?

I donated platelets and plasma last tuesday (3 days ago). I have rolling veins so there was a bit of a struggle to get the needles in and while it took the consultation of 3 other phlebotomists, they eventually got it in with no pain in my left arm. The donation went smoothly after that. Now, sometimes when I move my left arm in certain directions, or extend it too quickly, I feel an odd sensation in my forearm. It's almost like something in there is stretching, but the feeling can also be described as if you have something sticky on your skin and the skin is being stretched, but one layer deeper. There is no pain, just discomfort, and I want to make sure everything is alright.
