Why is ticketing assistance normalized in concerts

Unpopular opinion, but ticketing assistance is basically just a another term for scalping at this point. Some of these people charge ₱2k–₱3k PER ticket. Imagine buying 4 tickets and paying an extra ₱12k just for someone to sit in front of a computer during selling day. That pricing is insanely overpriced. And before anyone says “it’s a service,” let’s be real, how is that any different from scalpers profiting off demand? Some assistants make more in one transaction than minimum wage workers earn after days of actual hard work. The whole thing just feels exploitative and unfair, especially to fans who genuinely just want a chance to buy tickets at the original price. Also, people keep supporting and normalizing these kinds of services, which is exactly why more and more people are doing it now. As long as people are willing to pay absurd fees, others will keep taking advantage of the demand.
