Getting my first pump!
Hello, I am an 19 year old female and was diagnosed with T1D at 17. I am getting my first insulin pump soon, my doctor said she was going to contact tandem after my last appointment.
I am having trouble deciding between the tslim and the mobi. I have a Samsung phone and have heard that the tslim is more compatible. I like the idea of the smaller pump and that I would be able to wear it directly on my body with the adhesive sleeve. But I also really like that with the tslim I wouldn't have to pull out my phone and could just use the screen on the pump. Any advice or things that could help me make the right call is greatly appreciated!!!
Also, I was wondering how long the process usually takes and what the steps are after my doctor contacts tandem?
