I got the refusal letter of PGWP on April 17th this year due to IELTS test not posted. I submitted the reconsideration and contacted to MP office, they said there’s no option for requesting adding an urgent note. But I saw some of you guys post here, few of them have asked urgent note calling IRCC. I did the same thing, they could not do that. How do I add the urgent note or make the agent see my reconsideration real fast?
