Long time drinker, first time poster. I’m at the beginning of my home espresso journey, having just purchased the breville bambino plus and Encore Baratza ESP Pro.

These are fairly entry grade from what I read here.

My question is, where is the cut off point for price vs result. Is a 4K home coffee machine going to be massively better than a 2k one, and similarly is 2k that much better than 1k.

Tell me your best upgrades and also those that weren't really worth it
