Hello FACEIT team,

I am writing to ask for a manual review of Ticket #13547204 for my account w4tsii. I am currently stuck in an automated loop where the support bots (Juliette and Tars) keep pasting the standard "Accepted Documents" article without reading my actual issue.

My situation is a legal impossibility under regional law:

• Location: Tunisia
• Age: 17 (Minor)
• The Problem: By Tunisian national law, citizens are strictly ineligible to receive a National Identity Card until they reach 18 years of age. I do not have a personal passport either.

Because of this regional document restriction, it is physically impossible for me to complete the adult ID document scan.

Could a human administrator please look at my ticket and manually flag my account for the document-free, facial-only verification/selfie check path so I can finally use the platform?
