Hi everyone,

I am applying for Visitor Visa to New Zealand from India, I wanted to check what evidence of property ownership should I provide? Is maintenance bill/ electricity bill sufficient or do I need to upload property deed?

Also, I am self-employed, but my business is not registered. For evidence of intent to return, I am showing property ownership and residence of single mother and grandmother in India. Is that sufficient? What are the chances of my visa getting rejected? Financials are strong and am providing evidence of other income and ITR.

Also, should I print, sign, scan and upload the cover letter or digital pdf with digital signature is sufficient?
