I just received ADR for imm 5669 and imm5406. I have had 2-3 internships/semester and student organizations involvements during university that I did not mention during my PR application (they show up on my LinkedIn). Is this a good time to mention them or should I stay consistent with what I filed before? Thanks!

Hi Everyone,
I received a PFL as I live temporarily in Quebec but work in Ontario. I have 14 days to explain my intentions to leave Quebec. However, I don’t see anything about where I can submit the documents on the GC portal and I am wondering whether I am missing something?
Another question is would a sworn statement along with new Ontario lease (within next 2-3 months) be enough to show intent to reside outside Quebec?
