issue with memorable information in halifax bank when logging in on the app
Hi! i don’t really know where else to ask this and i’m not really sure how to explain it, but here goes
about a week ago i went to log into my halifax account on the app just to check if id received my paycheck and i was asked to enter my memorable information as usual, but it was asking for the 3rd, 8th, and 21st characters of my memorable information??
i’m not sure if i should say how many characters are in my memorable information ahah but it’s definitely not that many, i think the max amount of characters you could have is like 16 anyway, so why is it asking for the 21st??
i’ve tried to log in to change my memorable info, but you have to verify with photo id like a passport and that’s not working for me, it says there’s some kind of technical error.
i’m not really sure what i can do, or if anyone could help, i might need to just contact them and call, but if anyone knows why this is happening that would at least be very helpful
