Smart Generator 3000 Compatibility
Ok, I’ve received mixed advice from EcoFlow’s customer service team so I’m looking for real world experience from users!
I bought a Smart Generator 3000 and a Delta 3 Max to provide constant power for a small off grid cabin (1/2 HP well pump, uv water, LED lamps, personal electronics, etc..)
Turns out the Delta 3 Max is not compatible with the auto start/stop feature. Does anyone know if the Delta 3 Max Plus or the Delta 3 Ultra are compatible? I know the Delta 3 Ultra is supposed to work with the Smart Generator 4000 but what about the 3000? Do I need to get the Ultra Plus version in order to use the extra battery port to connect to the smart generator?
Any advice would be amazing - EcoFlow’s team has no knowledge of their product, they clearly just read from a script unfortunately…
