Quitting nicotine completely

Hey guys, I am 24 now and have thought about completely quitting nicotine. I used to occasionally smoke during my undergrad years, like one or two cigarettes a month or few cigarettes while drinking. I was never addicted to it but in past 2 years I got addicted to nicotine pouches really bad. I use zone 9mg pouches right now but they barely hit where I finish an entire can of 20 pouches in 2 days. I ran out of pouches yesterday night and since then I feel this unbearable urge. I had to take a puff of vape from my friend because I felt so constipated lmao. The problem is that I hate vaping and smoking and the only reason I did them was because of nicotine, as soon as I found pouches to be much better alternatives because they never felt hard on my lungs or throat I didn’t even touch vapes and cigs unless or until I was out of pouches. How do I keep thriving? I won’t buy pouches at all because the insane amount of anxiety nicotine brought on me is just not worth it.
