hello everyone, my 14 month old daughter will just not sit on her high chair to eat. I have to forcefully make her sit but she’ll start crying after 2 bites and will want to come on my lap for the rest of the meal. she’ll eat happily in my lap. I don’t want this to become a habit but I’m struggling a lot with wanting her to sit on the high chair. I’ve tried telling her, setting boundaries, even taking away food at times but nothing helps. please help! has anyone’s kids who have not used high chairs eventually still found themselves eating properly on the table eventually?
