My progress for 1 year and 2 months in the gym
Starting weight was 78kg (2023) then 70kg (2024)
My diet was simple and I train the same exercise over and over again for a year.
I don't really consider it as diet, lifestyle change lng tlga.
I do OMAD
1-3 months 200g beefsteak / 1 whole chicken every now and then
3-6 months 300g beefsteak / Fried chicken pa minsan2 but I added eggs this time
6-9 months 400g beefsteak / Fried chicken, Letchon manok whole, liempo
I rarely eat carbohydrates & I cook my own meal sa beef nga lang.
I was locked in for a year. Consistent lng tlga 6x a week.
