Bad kuhl bldc ceiling fan experience (personal experience)
I've recently purchased the kuhl bldc fan model name is best F1 silver, the box doesn't included a Connecting rod and I've reached to customer care for the same! They've said that that's not possible, I said why... They said that all things wrapped up first and send it to next something like that, I don't know what shit you're doing behind that only thing I want is to buy the genuine product as simple as that.... Well after that they're trying to blame me by saying do recorded the unboxing and all stuff... I didn't do that because I didn't knew that you all are fraudsters and by ending they said that It's not a fault from our side also the tone was rude too, at the end they said we can't do anything only solution for this is that we'll send you the rod but for that extra charges will be taken... Abb jab mene ₹2700 diye hai pure set k liye to alg se ₹300 kyu du Wobhi rod k liye joki included hoti hai, also rod price is something around ₹100 on local shops, same rod same quality 12inch rod! 2-3 baar customer support se aaye the log unhone bhi kuch nhi kiya jaate time bole ki hum kal bhej denge kal koi nhi aaya mene call krke bola ki kab tak aaoge etc... bole ki abhi rod nhi h jab hogi bhej denge.... And at the end by my own self Khud se Rod leni padi local shop and then lagani padi fan motor colour was black and blades silver rod mili brown set hi bekar Krdiya kuhl saalo ne...
Advice : try not to purchase a bldc fan from kuhl (kent wala) because after sales or customer support Ekdum bakwas hai ekto khud ki glti upr se rude hoke bol raha tha saala mann tha suna du bc ko, isse accha normal regular wala fan rheta hai ye remote wale fan Chlte bhi dheere hai, ye review fan ko more than 2 weeks chalake likh raha hu... Bhai Bilkul mat lena aur koi company dekhlo bekar h ye!
