Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my PF claim and I’m really confused about what to do next.

My PF withdrawal claim was rejected with the remark:

“VDR NOT RECEIVED KINDLY PROVIDE ANNEXURE K”

I raised a grievance on EPFO and received a reply saying that my PF transfer has already been settled and that “Annexure-K along with service history is enclosed.” They also said I need to contact the Gurugram EPFO office and submit Annexure-K there.

The problem is, I cannot find the Annexure-K attachment anywhere in the grievance portal or email.

Has anyone faced this before?

How did you get the Annexure-K?

Do I need to physically visit the EPFO office or can this be solved online/email?

Any advice would really help. Thank you.
