I’m sure this kind of thing only happens when you are feeling somewhat content with your day plans.

At the grand old age of 25 I experienced the one thing everyone with ibs-m/d dreads. Yes, dear reader, I shat myself.

My saving grace being that I hadn’t showered/dressed yet - I did however put on a load of laundry before the “incident”.

Alas, time to shower and try to regain some dignity
