For the last two weeks, I have been walking home from work everyday (6.5 km, takes around 1hr 15m). Sometimes I'll stop by the grocer's. Sometimes I'll do the intermittent Japanese walking thing if I remember. I have already noticed that I've lost a little weight (without the usual cravings or hunger pangs I got when I dieted before), plus I save on the bus fare! I intend to keep at it as long as the weather permits.
