I have a serious question… why pay for expensive elemental diet when one could just do the carnivore diet for the same amount of time? Wouldn’t the result be the same; get all the nutrients the body needs whilst killing the microbes?

It feels to me like the more grass-fed and organic I go the more the meat tastes dry and hard. Is that the way it goes?
