I have a small mark on my forehead that has been there for at least 4 years, recently I have started noticing it more and I'm looking to see if there's anything that can be done, or anything I need to worry about . On the surface it's just raised skin, and when I look really close the pores seem to be spaced further apart than anywhere else . Almost like a bulge . Sorry my camera isn't great , any help would be appreciated. Thanks
