I feel like my bottle of Lattafa Ansaam Silver got worse with time
I bought this fragrance 2 months ago based on the notes, the fact that it's supposed to be cloning Most Wanted (which i really like, both EDT and EDP) and the supposed similarity to Asad Bourbon (which i had for a while before it was gifted to my men's gourmand fragrance loving grandma) which i also really liked.
When I got the fragrance, I could tell it needed a bit of maceration or whatever since it wasn't that smooth, but i could smell the warm, red (idk how to describe it) spiciness of it and the recognisable Azzaro vanilla along with some fresher aromatic notes reminiscent of Asad Bourbon's opening.
But now, after some maceration and what now, it smells worse to me. There's a weird, kinda synthetic flowery note in it, I can't really smell the vanilla and the warm spicy cardamon just smells like resin. Also the aromatic notes are just kinda bitter and weird. The only good part is the citrusy sweet opening.
It doesn't smell like it used to and it definitely doesn't smell any better, which really dissapointed me considering this was a birthday gift.
Anyone else had a similar experience? Is it just my skin?
