I recently purchased a Set of 4 Rims from my local pick and Pull, it was a killer deal I couldn’t pass up! Only problem is they seem to have some kind of black Paint ? I have tried every wheel cleaner available from my local auto store, with ZERO progress. My question is has anyone ever come across this substance or paint? Any recommendations or suggestions on how to remove it?
