Accidental damage of stuvo residence flooring

So I was cleaning my room for the first time since moving in, so I moved my bed by lifting it from one end and moving it in an arc so that I could sweep behind the bed.

Pushed it with my hip a bit and then moved it back without lifting it.

Cut to today, and I realise that one leg of my cot doesn't have a plastic covering (other legs of the cot has the plastic covering) and this leg has a sharp piece of metal on the bottom)

This has caused multiple deep grooves in the expoxy/resin flooring, though not deep enough to go through it till the concrete layer.

How do I ensure I'm not on the hook for this damage, since the mattress hides the legs very well and the plastic coverings are only visible if lifted and viewed from directly underneath.

Do I just report the damage on loket ? Should I attempt to repair it ?

I've stayed in 3 other residences and all furniture has been appropriately dulled to not cause damage just from moving it around (I certainly moved it with care)

I most definitely may be overreacting, but still looking for advice. Thank you in advance.

P.S I had to leave leuven today and will try to attach images of the damage tomorrow.
