I received an email from my manager that I have been rolled off from the program last 5/8. Do I have to receive a notice or email about me being on the bench?

Right now, I still don't receive instructions or what. They just simply ask me to send my updated CV and my target program and positions sa career hub. Not logging in anymore and they are looking for posting that are suitable for me daw. I am currently CL11. Support side/BPO side

Sabi the old program is still paying me pa daw. Ilang months usually pwede ma bench? What should I do aside from finishing career related trainings and skill enhancing programs?
