My VSF V3 Batgirl stopped charging from manual winding yesterday.

I bought the watch from Kitsch about a year ago and it has been working perfectly until now. When I turn the crown to manually wind it, it doesn’t seem to build up any power reserve anymore.

The automatic winding still works fine when I wear the watch and move around, so the watch keeps running normally on the wrist.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any idea what might have happened or what part could be causing it? Is there anything I can check or fix myself before sending it for service?
