This is not my name nor my card details!!

Is it likely to be a scam? I looked up the company but they have a different email, a gmail address at that but I understand no-reply is different anyways. Also the text at the bottom saying to email the no reply is suspicious. Why would that be the first assumption? Also saying to email a no reply email address?? Suspicious. I’ve reported to report@phishing.gov.uk but if anyone has any input or has seen this before lmk. Apologies if this is a really obvious spam but I’ve never seen them look like this before.
