Work accommodations

Especially for those of us who aren’t allowed to drive and have office jobs, are you able to get accommodations through work to allow you to work remotely long term? Or is your job expecting you to Uber or find rides? I was given a temporary WFH accommodation but the WFH accommodation has an end date and I don’t know if I will have my license back then. My work is 30 mins away and in a rural location with no public transportation. I’ve worked there over 5 years and they definitely meet the USA threshold of needing to offer ADA accommodations but everyone wants remote work but I promise my reason is legitimate.
