How can fold in the Castilian in the combat patrol.

Starting a BT army. Just snagged the combat patrol and what is my favorite sculpt (GW currently makes). Is there I was I can incorporate him into the combat patrol without throwing my off the points. New to playing so not sure how its works points wise. Who would he proxy?
