Hi everyone,

Checked the group before posting this since I wasn't able to come to a conclusion, the camera is vibrating violently every time I open it, especially if the objects of focus are nearby. Is this normal of the OIS module, a software issue, or the hardware getting damaged? Would this effect image quality?

I'm asking because I'm a bit apprehensive of going the service centre route unless I really have to. For context, I don't use any magnetic case on the device, in fact no case at all. I don't mount the device on motor bikes.

Any guidance is much appreciated.
