SOS Mastitis Constantly

Hello!
Looking for some advice or guidance or encouragement?
My son is about a month old and has been breastfed since birth. In the hospital we did combo feeding of formula and breast milk until my supply came in but he hasn't had formula since then.
Here's th thing:

I've been pumping and breastfeeding to make sure he takes a bottle. I'm good about getting to a pump or feeding my breast every two to three hours.

At night he takes my breast all the time so I don't go down to pump or make a bottle, he wakes every 2-3 hours to eat so it works perfect. If he's not up, I'll pump.

The problem is I have now gotten mastitis three times. I keep getting a fever and red lumps on my breasts, it has been on one side, killed my supply, switched to the other-killed that supply and now it's back again to the initial side. It is SO painful.

How can I stop getting mastitis? I have antibiotics from my doctor, I take them as I should along with Tylenol.

I've tried different feeding positions, strictly pumping etc. I typically pump for 15 mins on my bay budah.

My baby is well well past his birth weight and I notice he can be really fussy at times too.

I'm feelin really defeated and considering formula but I feel horrible doing so this fast :/
