Soo I purchased this dress several months ago and fell in LOVE with it. Before purchasing I asked my dad what the dress code was and I’m assuming he skimmed through it and told me semi-formal. Anyways I asked my dad to send me the location so I knew where to drive to this weekend and saw it states “We'd love to see our loved ones get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding, which means suits or dress shirts with dress pants for men, and cocktail dresses for women.”. Panicking now bc idk if my dress is too much for a cocktail but it also says (semi-formal). I was just going to wear plain heels with it. Is this okay to wear or too much?
