Landice L10 potentiometer issues help! Potentiometer out of range
Hi-
Need some help. My Landice L10 treadmill keeps stopping with the error code "Incline Potentiometer out of Range" - it runs the diagnostics and everything passes. I have had it serviced 2x. The second time we replaced the potentiometer and tightened wires and a few weeks later I'm back to the same issue. I am not changing the incline when this error is stopping the treadmill- it happens very randomly. Sometimes right when I start and sometimes mid workout. The treadmill technician things the next step could be replacing the elevation motor but I'm hesitant to spend $500 on labor and parts if this isn't going to solve it since I've already invested about $400 on the two visits and part. Any suggestions on what you would try next? We have moved with the treadmill 2x.
