What happens if final transcripts aren’t submitted for a conditional UK MSc offer?
The deadline for payment on my MSc application is this week but most of my decisions for Germany are yet to arrive, some even yet to apply. My parents want to secure a safety by paying the 2000 GBP deposit, and with my offer being conditional (degree with a minimum GPA of 7.25 and by Jul 31st), they think they can secure a refund by lapsing on the deadline. I'm worried this sort of ghosting will be seen as withdrawal on my part instead of a failure to procure my final degree, which it is. TL;DR: can I simply not submit the evidence/transcript and claim a refund on grounds of unmet conditions or will they see this as a voluntary withdrawal?
